Had to move in new 400lb cast iron claw foot tub with easy to scratch porcelain from garage to upstairs bedroom. They were on time, all wore masks, very careful and deliberate in their work. Kind and even helped get the legs on the right way which was above and beyond. Used blankets on everything and were done super fast. Highly recommend.

From start to finish, Ian, Chris and their team (Rob and Jason) were fantastic. They were professional, courteous, upbeat and friendly. My husband and I were thrilled to get such a nice group a guys to help us out for a morning. They protected our home with moving in. They even did some heavy lifting of a desk and bookshelf through a window because our furniture wouldn't fit through the door. They made sure to protect the glass of the window too. They really treated our things as if they were their own. Don't look any further. You've found a great company, so just make a call.

I needed to empty my father's small apartment because of his nursing home placement, and I only needed to move a washer and dryer. Another company wouldn't do it because it was too small a move. Careful Brothers fit the move into their schedule, and they managed to maneuver a very narrow stairway! I highly recommend.

Not a single problem, everything handled with care, furniture shrink-wrapped before taking it out of the house and everything delivered safely to our storage pod! I can't recommend these guys enough. I hired them to pack me out of my 3 bedroom house. As a single mom with a limited number of helpers, I was totally intimidated by the moving process. I was leery of larger companies with complex sys They were communicative, super courteous, worked VERY efficiently during the time they were moving me. The Careful Brothers just moved a big, heavy piece from the garage to my second floor.....and it was very tight and very tricky. Not a scratch!....they really are careful. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use again in the future if needed.

Careful Brothers Moving Company is a highly professional and efficiently run small company. They handled my information gathering call with patience, provided clear detailed feedback and were accommodating to specific needs involved in our move.

They made a confirmation call the day before and showed up fully prepared and on time the day of the move. The men are neat, clean, respectful, friendly and courteous. After assessing the property to be moved, they worked very well together to properly wrapped and protected our furniture, quickly and safely packed the truck and made sure all items are taken per our requests.

These hardworking men delivered all items damage free and set up pieces in the specified rooms for us.

We hired The Careful Brothers for a local move, and were very pleased with the service. Ian and his crew were so polite and professional, and - just like their name says - they were extremely careful with all of our furniture and belongings. On the day of the move, they arrived prepared and on time, and worked quickly to get us moved into our new home. We had some very heavy and awkward items, and we frankly don't know how they managed to get it all up the stairs unscathed, but they did! The move was reasonably priced, and Ian was very accommodating when it came to rescheduling our move several times due to our shifting closing date. Overall, we were very happy with The Careful Brothers, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional movers at a great price!

These guys were *AMAZING*! A real lifesaver, they helped me out even tho it was a last minute call and we're very clear and open about terms and services, and we're willing to work with me every step of the way to make sure I got the service I needed.

I found out one morning that my 76 year old father, and brother with a bad back, were set to move a 20' U-Haul, full of furniture and an entire life, down to Pertersburg, NY... today. Because family. :) As I was imagining the physician bills that would result in this ridiculous endeavor, I started calling moving companies for help. Ian at Careful Brothers answered and was immediately helpful. Did I mention this was almost the end of the month so everyone else I called quickly said "no" and one laughed at me? Not Ian, he made it happen. They got my dad all moved in and there are no new back issues to report. Thank you so much Careful Brothers! Being so far away in Colorado can make family things stressful, but you stepped up without hesitation and made this daughter very very happy!

Cannot say enough good things about Ian and Chris. They treated our home and belongings like their own stuff, they were fast, efficient, thorough with wrapping and making sure our stuff was secure and not damaged in the process. All that you would want in movers and on top of that they are guys that you're comfortable having in your house! Super nice and respectful, even our 2yr old liked them and she hates everyone. Hire them, they made the awful process of moving totally bearable.

I called Careful Brothers on Tuesday, April 10th to see if they could move 7 movie theater chairs from the 3rd floor of a home in CT and have them delivered to my home in Troy, NY...they were delivered the next day on the 11th. They were the Most Reasonable Priced movers i called and Very Very friendly. I would absolutely recommend these movers to anyone!

We moved into an apartment spanning the second and third floor of a Troy brownstone and had to find movers within a few days of our move. These guys got my Great Aunt's dressers (heavy!) up the VERY narrow, winding stairs with no problems. They also got our big bulky recliner up. They were professional, quick and made moving fun.
